Therapeutic Arts Workshops

These workshops are designed to help individuals explore expression and foster self-reflection through art. The focus is more on expression, curiosity, and personal growth through artistic mediums, mindfulness and movement, in a safe environment. Open to individuals 18+.

 

4 Week Introduction to Realization Process Group Program

Runs for 4 Weeks: Saturday February 15th, Saturday February 22nd, Saturday March 1st, (break on Mar 8), Saturday March 15th from 11am to 12:15pm
Location: Online via Zoom
Cost: $30 per session ($120 for the program) plus HST

The Realization Process is a series of embodied meditation practices that facilitate body-mind integration by inhabiting the internal space of the body. These practices help us inhabit our bodies more fully, allowing us to reclaim our whole selves and heal the ways we have adapted to our environment, restoring resilience, grounding, happiness, authenticity, and self-acceptance. This program will run for 4 weeks, with a brief intake done with the office prior to registration.

 

Pet Loss and Bereavement Support Group

Online: Fourth Wednesday of the Month 6pm to 7pm
In Person: Second Friday of the Month 6pm to 7pm
Cost: No cost, pay what you can

The loss of a beloved pet can be difficult. The Pet Loss and Bereavement Support Group is a free drop-in group, providing safe and supportive place to come to process your loss, either online or in person.

 
 

Coping with Chronic Illness and Chronic Pain Support Group

That’s why we offer our Coping with Chronic Pain and Chronic Illness Peer Support Group (Online) which is a free bi-weekly drop-in group providing safe and supportive place to come to process your experiences.
