Insurance Coverage
The services of our therapists may be covered by your extended health benefits, though they are not covered by OHIP. We do not file insurance claims but we can provide you with a detailed receipt to seek reimbursement from your insurance plan. Please confirm the designation of the professional you plan to see and then check with your insurance company to ensure you have coverage for reimbursement. Many plans cover the services of Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists.
Useful questions to ask your insurance provider are:
Do you cover Registered Social Workers/Registered Psychotherapists/Life Coaches?
How much am I covered for?
What is the maximum amount per session am I covered for?
Is the coverage for a calendar year or a fiscal year?

Each therapist is set at an individual rate and has their own policies regarding sliding fee options. Services are usually between $145 and $160 for a individual 50 minute psychotherapy session, with fees going higher for family or couples sessions. Intern sessions are priced at $40. Massage treatments and reiki services are priced based on the duration of the service. Please reach out to your therapist directly for clarification or email us at the office with your question and the name of the therapist or service whose costs you would like to know more about.
