Massage Therapy
Registered Massage Therapy
Massage can be a way to support your physical and mental well-being through the manipulation of soft tissue to alleviate body stress or pain. Appointments are available at 40, 60 and 80 minute increments and can focus on any aches, tensions or portions of the body.
Cupping Therapy
Performed by Registered Massage Therapists, cupping is a stand-alone service or an addition to a regular massage appointment. It involves the application of cups on the skin to create suction to help with pain, inflammation, relaxation, to help with blood flow, and to enhance deep tissue massage.
Pediatric Massage
Performed by Registered Massage Therapists, these appointments for youth (4 - 15) or toddlers/infants (3 and under) allow for the use of gentle, therapeutic touch to promote health, well-being, and relaxation. Sessions have time built in to allow for conversation, feedings, bathroom breaks, or other needs.
Perinatal Massage
Performed by Registered Massage Therapists, this treatment is for pregnant people in trimesters 1, 2, 3 or within 1 year of giving birth. This treatment uses safely modified techniques to accommodate the pregnant body throughout the pregnancy journey.
Lymphatic Drainage
Performed by Registered Massage Therapists, lymphatic drainage is a type of therapeutic massage that aims to encourage the natural flow of lymph, which is a fluid in the lymphatic system that helps remove waste and excess fluid from the body. In this treatment, the lymph nodes and vessels are stimulated to help improve circulation. The technique is light in pressure and involves gentle, rhythmic movements towards the heart. It is often performed in areas where lymph nodes are concentrated, such as the arms, knees and groin.
