Developed by Judith Blackstone, PhD—a psychotherapist and innovative teacher of contemporary spirituality—the Realization Process offers a transformative path to personal and relational healing and spiritual growth.

Thomas Lai, Certified Realization Process Teacher

Tom is a fully-certified Realization Process teacher and an expressive arts therapist in training at The CREATE Institute. Through gentle experiential and somatic practices, he helps you integrate your body-mind, fostering a deeper sense of self-acceptance and belonging. In his sessions, he partners with you to cultivate presence, curiosity, and new possibilities for experiencing more wholeness and aliveness.

Grounded in the understanding that everyone has an innate capacity for self-healing, he provides compassionate, connected, and non-intrusive support for your personal, relational, and spiritual growth.
