Online Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra can be a deep meditation, relaxation that occurs lying down. It can activate our parasympathetic nervous system and bring the body into a physical and mental resting state. Folks will be guided through different stages which can include a body scan, and noticing the breath. Yoga nidra brings the body close to what folks may experience when sleeping, while being cautious. 

 
 

8 Week Trauma Sensitive Yoga Group Program (Online)

Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is an evidence based clinical intervention for people who have experienced complex trauma. It has been used as an adjunctive with talk therapy and is based in Hatha Yoga with foundations of Trauma Therapy and Neuroscience.

 
 

Individual Trauma Sensitive Yoga

Focused on providing individualized yoga and support based on the TCSTY program, based in Hatha Yoga with foundations of Trauma Therapy and Neuroscience. This session will emphasize choice making, invitational language and non-coercion, to help cultivate a relationship with one’s body and to create an experience of empowerment. Available online anywhere in Ontario.
