About This Group:
This 6-week series offers a nurturing blend of restorative yoga, breathwork, and meditation, designed to support deep relaxation, healing, and self-discovery. Each session encourages slow, mindful movement, while guided breath practices and meditation help cultivate inner awareness and balance amidst stillness. Optional therapeutic touch is offered to enhance relaxation and promote well-being.
Whether you're seeking stress relief, improved relaxation, or a deeper connection to yourself, this series provides a supportive space to restore and rejuvenate both body and mind. Open to all bodies—no previous experience required.
Materials Needed
Materials to participate will be provided for in person groups, though you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and any items you need to make yourself comfortable. Assistance will be provided in setting up your area at the beginning of class.
Program Outline
Week 1: Arrival and Grounding - Slow down and connect to your mat, cultivating self-awareness and stillness through grounding poses and breath.
Week 2: Cultivating Inner Calm - Settle into a calm state and embrace relaxation through breath awareness and gentle postures.
Week 3: Nurturing the Heart - Explore the heart space, nurture emotional well-being and cultivate self-compassion through mindful practices.
Week 4: Releasing Stored Stress - Gently target areas where tension is often held; inviting a sense of opening and release to alleviate stress.
Week 5: Cultivating Presence - Deepen mindfulness and awareness, focusing on being fully present in each moment. and maintaining connection to the now.
Week 6: Renewal and Reflection - Integrate the practices explored throughout the series, focusing on deep relaxation, full-body restoration and reflection. Carry these tools forward into daily life.

Meg Gold
Meg takes a personalized and compassionate approach to healing and self-discovery. Her goal is to create a supportive space where individuals are empowered to cultivate inner awareness, balance, well-being, and a deeper connection to self. Through mindful movement, therapeutic touch, and deep presence, she helps others unlock their own transformative potential.
