About This Group:

Chronic pain and illness can impact our lives in ways we never expected, and in ways that others might not always understand. That’s why we offer our Coping with Chronic Pain and Chronic Illness Peer Support Group (Online) which is a free bi-weekly drop-in group providing safe and supportive place to come to process your experiences.

We often get asked “Do my specific experiences of pain or illness qualify me for this group?” And our response is: “If you feel you live with chronic pain or illness in your life in any capacity, you are more than welcome in this group.”

Please note, due to current restrictions, this group will be facilitated online via Zoom secure video or phone “dial-in” option. Information about logging in will be sent to you after registration. This group is open to residents of Ontario who are 18+.

This group is now available bi-weekly on Thursday evenings. View our calendar for upcoming dates.
