About Aakhansha
Hi, I’m Aakhansha Varghese, an intern psychotherapist with a master’s degree in counselling psychology. I’m currently completing my training through the CRPO-recognized Bridge to Registration and Employment in Mental Health (BREM) program.
My focus lies in supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or relationship struggles. I take a collaborative and personalized approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities while also incorporating creative techniques like storytelling and art to connect with younger clients in meaningful ways. More than anything, I strive to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and supported.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing happens through connection and self-discovery. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and practical tools to help you navigate your unique path with confidence and resilience.
I am fluent in Hindi and offer full counselling services in this language.
Note: Aakhansha is currently a student intern. Her work is supervised by Katherine Hall, MSW RSW.
