Rusty Baranovsky
MSW Intern
Group and Individual Therapist (Intern)
About Rusty
My area of focus is working with young adults experiencing personal challenges and struggles with mental health as well as addictions. Life has many layers and complexities that can make people feel isolated and helpless in dealing with their personal challenges. My passion to support others in navigating those challenges in a safe space that is free of judgment, has inspired me to be a mental health professional. I work with individuals and families, predominantly with kids, teens, and young adults.
I am currently completing my Masters in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. My undergraduate was completed in psychology and anthropology from the University of Toronto, and I also completed a post-graduate certificate program in addictions and mental health at Humber college.
Note: Rusty is currently a student intern. His work is supervised by Katherine Hall, MSW RSW
