We’re now taking registration for participants for both of our popular yoga programs: Yoga Nidra Drop-In, and our 8 Week TCTSY Program! Both are being run online by Nicole D’Souza, MSW RSW TCTSY-F, and they fill up fast so get your registration in to make sure you don’t miss out! 8 Week TCTSY Program

Dates: Tuesdays from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, starting October 17th for 8 weeks
Cost: $224 / person ($28 per session)
Location: Online
