Struggling with financial stress and anxiety? Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help you regain control by identifying negative thought patterns, reducing worry, and building healthier financial habits. Through practical strategies like reframing unhelpful beliefs and developing problem-solving skills, CBT empowers you to manage financial challenges with confidence.
This psychoeducational session will last 2 hours, and include broad budgeting skill building in addition to CBT techniques.
After attending participants are welcome to schedule 1:1 follow up sessions in the month of May with Rusty to build upon the skills learned in this session.
