Bi-Weekly Mindfulness Class

Bi-Weekly Mindfulness offers a 30 minute guided mindfulness experience which will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and reset for the week ahead. This class is ideal for beginners and experts alike. Set within an intimate class size and equipment provided.
