About This Workshop Series:

These workshops are designed to help individuals explore expression and foster self-reflection through art. The focus is more on expression, curiosity, and personal growth through artistic mediums, mindfulness and movement, in a safe environment. Open to individuals 18+. All materials will be supplied.

Details about upcoming sessions:

Exploring the Inner World Through Art: This workshop invites participants to use art to explore and express their inner emotions, thoughts, and subconscious feelings in a safe and creative space. 

Reflective Journeys: The Art of Mirroring: Participants engage in artistic activities that mirror their personal experience. In this workshop participants will mirror their partner’s art work to fostering self-awareness and deeper connections through visual storytelling and shared reflection.

Musical Artistry: This workshop combines music and visual art, encouraging participants to create art inspired by song and movement to explore emotional expression and creative synergy.

About the Facilitator:

Caroline DSouza

Caroline is a a student psychotherapist with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology currently completing her training at the CRPO recognized, Bridge to Registration and Employment for Mental Health (BREM) Program. She has worked with children, youth, and teachers, experiencing anxiety, depression, neurodivergence and burnout.
