We’ve Moved!
Have you heard the news? We’re finishing up renovations to open in our new, upgraded in office space at 1670 Bayview Avenue, Suite 502! Our new space prioritizes comfortable spaces, natural light, and of course lots of plants and natural accents.
Newest Update (November 18 2024): We’re back! Our space still needs a bit of work, but we’re open again for in office appointments in a limited capacity while we get our furniture and some last pieces sorted out in the space. Thank you so much for your patience with this whole process, and we look forward to seeing you in office!

Previous Updates:
November 2 2024: We’re finishing up a few final pieces before fully reopening at out new location. We anticipate the final work will be done on Monday November 4th, and we’ll reach out to everyone the moment we’re good to go. We apologize for the prolonged delay!
We will send more updates as soon as we have them, and we cannot wait to see you all again once we are settled in at 1670 Bayview to greet you and provide a safe and comfortable in person location for your treatments.
September 24 2024: Unfortunately, our contractors who are working away at our eventual permanent home at 1670 Bayview Avenue have informed us of some delays to our timelines. We have also learned that we will need to be out of our temporary home at 550 Eglinton Avenue on Thursday, September 26th, after the last evening appointments.
This means that after September 26th, all appointments will need to shift to online until sometime in mid October. This means a pause for all in person services from this Friday until then. We are working with the contractors to have that date be sooner rather than later, and the minute we have a firm date for re-opening we'll let you know directly. We are so grateful to everyone who has been helping with the process, and we appreciate all of your patience!
If you have an in person appointment booked that will be affected, the admin team will be reaching out to you in the coming days to connect about rescheduling!
September 5 2024: We’ve been told we can continue using the in offices we have at 550 Eglinton Avenue East, Upper Unit B, until Saturday September 14th. Beyond that we will have to reduce to once office space which will limit our capacity for in person appointments. We will continue offering massage and reiki appointments as usual, but for psychotherapy appointments encourage you where possible to book online appointments. As soon as we are back to full capacity we will let you know. We anticipate re-opening at our permanent home in late September. Thank you for your patience throughout this transition!
June 28 2024: We’re pleased to announce we have moved to our interim location at 550 Eglinton Ave E, Upper Unit B, and we look forward to greeting you there for in person services starting Tuesday, July 2nd 2024.
June 18 2024: We’re pleased to announce that as of July 2nd we’re going to be subleasing space at Nick’s Method across the street for the interim period from July 2nd until September. (All appointments before July 2nd will be at our original location at 501 Eglinton Ave E.) The interim location is at 550 Eglinton Ave E, Upper Unit, and you can access it by going up the stairs as soon as you enter the building and then turning right. Our admin staff will be on site at the interim location to help settle you for your appointments in the new space. All in person clients will be reached out to by our admin team in advance of their first appointment at this location to ensure they know where to go.
June 11 2024: Our move out has been finalized, and we can share the last day we will be offering in person services at 501 Eglinton Ave E will be Thursday, June 27th. We plan to have information about our secondary site confirmed later this week and will share it with you as soon as it’s confirmed.
June 4 2024: We anticipate opening the new permanent in person office in September 2024. Due to unexpected delays in the renovation process we will be providing limited in person services in July and August 2024 from a secondary location in the area (address currently being finalized). We will be prioritizing in person access for massage therapy and reiki appointments, and ask for your patience as some psychotherapy appointments are temporarily moved to online or walk and talk services. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Our Design
We’re working with Studio Forma Interior Design to create an accessible, natural and comfortable space that will allow both our clients and our team to be able to grow comfortably in their respective journeys.
What you can expect from our new space:
Lots of access to natural light in a large, corner unit office
An increased number of offices to ensure you can access in person appointments when you want them
A new multipurpose room that can be shifted around to work as a small yoga studio, a play therapy play room, or an in person group space depending on what is needed
Calm, natural colours and comfortable furniture you can relax into or curl up on for your session
An upgraded tea menu, complementary for all clients at our office
And some other exciting surprises that we’ll share with you as soon as we re-open!
Our New Location
Our new office is just around the corner at 1670 Bayview Avenue, Suite 502. It’s a 9 minute walk or 2 minute drive from our current office. The building is accessible, with access to an elevator or stairs in the lobby.
TTC Access: The new location is serviced by the 11 and 11C Sunnybrook buses from Davisville, Lawrence or Sheppard, or you can take one of the many east-bound buses from Eglinton Station and get off at Bayview/Eglinton followed by a 4 minute walk south.
Parking: There is an attached parking lot, and street parking is also available in the area.
