About Nicole

Pronouns: She/Her

Hi, I’m Nicole. I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. For the past 10 years, I have supported patients with diabetes and various other chronic diseases and nutrition concerns in making diet changes and improving their health and quality of life.

I have also worked with children and families and would love to help you lessen food related stressors in the home by disentangling the confusing and often contradictory nutrition information available, providing meal planning strategies and addressing “picky eating”.

I’m passionate about helping people reach their health and wellness goals and improve their relationships with food and their bodies.

I believe that everyone has unique experiences, goals, and needs, and tailor my recommendations and plans to each individual.

There is no “quick fix”, but having a safe, supportive space to make informed, gradual changes can have a huge impact on your life and health.

I take a non-diet approach to nutrition, and help people improve their health while continuing to eat foods they enjoy and that fit into their lifestyle. I will meet you where you are, without judgement, and help you work towards change at your pace.
