About Natasha

My goal is to meet you where you are at and help you untangle the pieces of your life that feel stuck. I will work to cultivate a warm and compassionate space where you feel respected, supported and heard. I also have a relaxed approach and people tend to connect with me quickly because I am real and open-minded.

I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a certified expressive arts therapist (EXAT) with the Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association. Currently, I am a Master level student in Counselling Psychology under clinical supervision of an approved practicum supervisor. I also have training in art therapy, play therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, solution-focused counselling, mindfulness-based addiction recovery, and trauma focused therapy.

Although the basis of our work will mainly be talk-therapy, I will help enlist your curiosity and creativity to explore ways to notice, express, process, and re-imagine narratives that no longer serve you. I also approach my work from a trauma and nervous-system informed perspective, meaning my approach is embodied, strength-based, anti-oppressive, and relational. Moreover, I hold the belief that you are the expert in your own life and possess the inner resources necessary to confront and navigate challenges.
