  • My approach blends elements of CBT, DBT, and mindful self-compassion within a trauma-informed and person-centered structure. My areas of focus include substance use, trauma, emotions, anxiety, trust, and self-esteem. I use a curious and empathetic approach with my clients to help them manage their thoughts and feelings while validating the difficult life experiences that have brought them into therapy. I also aim to empower my clients so they can prioritize themselves, improve their relationships and feel more confident.

Therapeutic outcomes will often hinge on the quality of the client-therapist relationship, so I encourage you to book a free consultation with me to find out if we are a good fit to work together. I look forward to meeting with you and discussing how we can build something special!
