About Ashley
We all go through many life transitions that shape who we are and how we view the world around us. They may be stressors that teens face, relationship struggles, the loss of a family pet, a major career decision or receiving a diagnosis. Such experiences can overwhelm us with emotions like fear, sadness, grief and anxiety, and can make it difficult to reach our goals and move towards the life we want for ourselves. Therapy can be a safe space to explore your innermost struggles and build coping strategies, whilst also discovering the strengths and value in who you are. My role is to support you as you navigate these challenges and move towards your version of an enriching and meaningful life.
The first, often toughest and most powerful step towards change is reaching out. Every lived-experience and story is valid and worthy of being heard. Processing and making meaning of these experiences can be key to feeling and doing better. I dedicate myself to providing therapeutic support that best suits your needs and honours your mental health journey.

Depending on your needs, therapy may be shorter-term or longer-term in nature.
