February 18th Topic: Stress & Anxiety
These classes are curated specifically for youth ages 6-10 years in mind to explore their sense of self. The practices will be explorative, creative, and trauma-informed. With it being online, we are limiting registration to 8 youth total to allow for an interactive experience.
Participants must be residing in Ontario. You are welcome to register for one, two, or all of the sessions. Parents/caregivers are not required but encouraged to join and participate as well. This series welcomes any young person and caregiver/parent who has an interest in exploring mindfulness, whether they are new to the practice or it is already part of their routine.
